Job Requirements:

1. Have min. 3 years working experience as Production Supervisor preferable in Food Industry

2. Diploma/Bachelor Degree

3. Have a deep understanding in GMP, HACCP & ISO

4. Strong leadership with members of crew 20 people or more

5. Familiar with MS. Excel/Microsoft Office

6. Able to work in shifts and to be place in Cikande



Job Responsibilities:

1. Complete production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, monitoring progress, resolving internal problem.

2. Organize workflow production, establish daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate to the employee.

3. Ensure the safe use equipment and schedule of regular maintenance.

4. Submit report on performance and progress.

5. Identify issue in efficiency and suggest for improvement.

6. Guide and coach employees, and monitoring their productivity.

7. Deliver good interpersonal and communication skill to all level in organization.
