Kualifikasi Production Staff
Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat (diutamakan Teknik Mesin, Teknik Industri, Kimia, Farmasi, atau Teknologi Pangan).
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Production Staff/Operator Produksi Memahami proses produksi serta mampu bekerja sesuai SOP dan GMP.
Mampu mengoperasikan mesin produksi menjadi nilai tambah.
Memahami standar K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja).
Teliti, disiplin, bertanggung jawab, dan memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.
Mampu bekerja dalam tim maupun secara mandiri.
Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift.
Memiliki kondisi fisik yang sehat dan mampu bekerja di lingkungan manufaktur.
Berorientasi pada kualitas dan pencapaian target produksi.
