As our Program & Community Engagement Manager, you'll play a key role in designing unique padel programs, organizing events, and fostering a strong sense of community at the club. REQUIREMENTS • Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management, Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. • Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in a relevant role, such as program management, event coordination, or community engagement, preferably in the sports or fitness industry. • Sports or Fitness Industry Exposure: Candidates with a mix of corporate and sports/fitness experience are highly desirable. Understanding of padel or tennis will be an added advantage.
