Job Description

Prepare weekly and daily reports, including photo documentation (before - in progress - after) for each work order (SPK).

Monitor and control project schedules to ensure SLA compliance and timely completion.

Handle HR-related administrative tasks, including attendance tracking.

Maintain organized project documentation using Excel or Google Spreadsheet.

Coordinate with teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience as a Project Coordinator in the construction industry, preferably in interior or architectural projects.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Spreadsheet for tracking and reporting.

Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to produce clear and structured reports.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively coordinate with different teams.

Ability to work independently and proactively address project challenges.
