Qualifications: • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering. • Having at least 5 (five) years experiences as WTP / WWTP Manager in WWTP company and understand about WTP & WWTP • Understand various methods & calculation of WTP & WWTP process with water quality & regulatory standards • Proficient in using MS Office. • Excellent communication, team coordination, and organizational skills. • Ability to manage projects of varying levels of complexity and work in a fast-paced environment. • Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills. • Positive attitude, integrity, efficiency, team-work, discipline, and adaptable. Job Descriptions : • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, timelines, and quality. • Manage project resources, including people, equipment, and materials. • Monitor project budgets and ensure that costs are kept under control. • Provide regular updates on project progress and facilitate communication between all parties involved in the project. • Identify and manage potential project risks, and develop contingency plans to mitigate these risks. • Ensure that the project meets agreed quality standards and that all deliverables are of a high quality. • Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop strategies and to ensure the goals of the project are achieved. • Strong experience in on-site project management and able to control on-site personnel costs • Organize and lead project meetings, prepare progress reports, and communicate with all stakeholders. • Ensure that the Water Treatment Plant and its operators comply with state health standards by regularly testing the water supply
