Qualification: - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field - Have a professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA) is a plus - Have 3-5 years of experience in auditors, accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role - In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, standards (e.g., PSAK, IFRS), and tax regulations - Experience in managing financial reports, budget preparation, forecasting, financial analysis, and compliance - Experience with tools like SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, or other financial software - Proven experience in supervising and guiding accounting staff, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines - Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders, present financial reports, and explain complex financial concepts - Placement for PT. Speedwork Solusi Utama - Available for placement in Tangerang Responsibility: - Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with applicable accounting standards - Plan, manage, and monitor the company's budget, ensuring that expenditures align with the approved budget - Ensure sufficient funds for company operations by monitoring cash flow, managing receivables, and payables - Manage and ensure the company's compliance with tax obligations, including preparing timely and accurate tax reports - Coordinate with external and internal auditors to ensure smooth audit processes and that financial statements comply with established standards - Lead and guide the finance and accounting team, providing training, and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
