Project Management Officer

Job Qualification - Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management or related field - Have minimum 2 years experiences of project management and related experience - Having Project Management certification such as PMP, ITIL, etc. is a plus - Strong familiarity with IT project management tools, methodologies, and best practices. - Documentation and management of risks and issues. - Experience being part of and leading projects with full project life cycle. - Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline. - Excellent analytical skill, comfortable to work on Ms. Project, Excel's pivotable, vLookUp, etc. - Proven ability to solve complex problems creatively - Solid judgement with ability to make good decisions - Good interpersonal skills, approachable and have the ability to connect quickly with various stakeholders, as well as partnering with. - Ability to adapt into different type of projects and have flexibility to work in a dynamic environment, where change is the only constant. - Ability to manage multiple accounts/ customers in parallel - Willing to travel - Contractual basis - Responsible to execute the projects and to achieve planned project objectives (scope, timeline, and resources). - Coordinate with and communicate the progress to all stakeholders related to the projects - Leading different types of IT project (implementation services, maintenance services and managed services)
