- Lead and manage property development projects from inception to completion ensuring adherence to timelines budgets and quality standards - Coordinate with architects engineers contractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution - Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and progress reports - Monitor and mitigate project risks and issues implementing appropriate solutions as necessary - Ensure compliance with legal regulations building codes and other relevant standards - Manage project finances including budgeting cost control and procurement - Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Architecture Construction Management or related field - Proven track record of at least 5 years in project management preferably in property development - Strong understanding of project management principles techniques and tools - Excellent leadership and team management skills - Effective communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to multitask prioritize and problem-solve in a dynamic environment - Proficiency in project management software
