Education and professional experiences: - Bachelor/Master Degree’s in International Relations, Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, Social Sciences. - Seven - ten years in area of project development and management, learning design and development, and sustainability. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: - Funding application/proposal development – observant in seeing funding opportunities, able to align them with the organization's vision and mission, and able to write them in the form of funding applications or proposals that are systematic and clear. - Program Management: Proven experience actively managing program activities, overseeing the development and delivery phase across administrative, substance, and logistical domains. - Stakeholder Engagement: Strong skills in engaging with diverse stakeholders from across sectors, fostering effective relationships and securing the necessary support and resources for the program. - Problem-Solving Expertise: Exceptional problem-solving abilities to address challenges and ensure on-the-ground success in a dynamic environment. - Knowledge Management: Strong organizational skills in document handling and digital storage that allows for real-time access for the wider team, allowing for agile teamwork and smooth program advancement. - Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning: Proficiency in devising and deploying data harvesting and utilization for decision-making that allows continuous improvement for program effectiveness. - Language – due to the multinational collaboration of the programs and network, proficiency in written and spoken English is a must. - Communication – able to effectively communicate in an articulate, professional, diplomatic, empathetic, and tactful manner orally and in written form. - Ability to work in a multicultural environment. - Team Orientation & Interpersonal – highly motivated team player with ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with all levels within and external to the organization. - Multi-task – ability to organize, coordinate, manage, prioritize, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously by swiftly assessing a situation, determine a logical course of action, and apply the appropriate response. - Work ethos and ethics – Self-starting, self-motivated, and able to deliver high quality of work remotely and in-person with a high degree of ethics in all job-related actions. Main Job Responsibilities - Program Development - Co Lead in program concept formulation of SDGs related program. - Co Lead in fund raising proposal development for program that related with previous point. - Co Lead in program design in the program implementation. - Project Management - Develop action plan for program development and implementation. - Planning and managing series of event and dialogue to support the program development. - Arranging meeting schedules, maintaining MoM, and follow-ups to keep the continuous progress of the project. - Coordinate the development if legal binding with program partner. - Stakeholder Engagement - Develop and maintain professional relationship with relevant stakeholders from multi sectoral. - Maintain and update stakeholder database regularly. - Develop stakeholder relation management system (CRM/SRM). - Research and Writing - Develop project proposals and Term of References (ToR). - Occasionally write up relevant articles, knowledge update summary, policy update, etc at the purpose to update and educate internal stakeholders. - Conduct desktop research and provide summaries to support the program development. - Leadership - Deliver positive leadership and discipleship to cultivate productive culture of teamwork. - Lead with compassion and integrity. - Fundraising - Develop, implement, lead, and measure strategically-guided plans to sustain and increase revenue through workplace and corporate giving, individual contributions, leadership gifts, planned gifts and special events. - Serve as a key spokesperson for the organization via conversations with donors, workplace meetings, presentations, tours, fairs, etc. - Play a key role in developing marketing messages and campaign materials for effectively communicating call to action through printed materials, website, media relations, social networking, and other emerging technologies. - Set up and a research capability for the organisation, utilizing data mining functions, mail list creation, and list accuracy to increase revenue sources for UID. - Bring a positive and caring attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to interact with a wide range of people using an approach that is ethical, diplomatic, persuasive, and credible.
