QUALIFICATIONS: - Min. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, - Renewable Energy, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. - Min. 5 years experience in project management within engineering projects. - Experience in solar PV projects is a plus. - Strong knowledge in electrical, project management and PV systems. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage. - Have interest in electrical or energy transition & decarbonization. - Good analytical and problem solving skills. - Willingness to work on a project site and beyond working hour. - Able to work in a fast-paced environment. - Have a strong negotiation skill - Detail-oriented, discipline, and have a good responsibility JOB DESCRIPTION - Provide technical expertise, people management skill and leadership in PV projects, ensuring compliance with schedule, industry standards and regulations. - Collaborate with the engineering team to implement projects based on design. - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing regular project updates. - Manage client expectations and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. - Develop project budgets and timelines, tracking expenditures and ensuring adherence to financial constraints. - Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials. - Implement quality control measures to guarantee the delivery of high-quality solar PV systems. - Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and resolve any internal & external issues which potentially hinder the projects
