Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Project Officer:
Plans, executes, and monitors project activities to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
Qualifications:
Male, maximum 30 years old
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechine Engineering or Industrial Engineering
Minimum 1 year of experience as project officer
Able to analyze production data and prepare reports
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Minimum GPA 3.5
Detail-oriented, analytical, and well-organized
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
Assisting with project proposals, defining tasks, and ensuring project goals are met.
Tracking progress, tracking budget expenditures, and preparing reports for management.
Organizing meetings, taking minutes, and serving as a liaison between teams and stakeholders.
Managing documentation, maintaining project files, and scheduling tasks.
Identifying, managing, and mitigating potential project risks.
