Job Description: - Manage and optimize daily operations to ensure seamless execution across departments. - Lead a team responsible for customer-facing operations, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction. - Collaborate closely with the Head of Operations on warehousing, logistics, and overall operational planning. - Present operational updates and project progress to management using business slides and presentations. - Assist with data management and reporting, ensuring accurate use of Excel/Google Sheets, including advanced formulas. - Coordinate across departments, acting as a key communicator between sales, operations, and customer service teams. - Participate in and contribute to strategic operational initiatives aimed at improving business performance.
