About the Role

PT Stanindo Artha Langgeng is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in Tangerang Regency, Banten. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing new business opportunities and building long-term relationships with strategic clients. You will combine technical expertise with sales acumen to identify, analyse, and execute the right solutions for customers.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, market research, and in-depth competitor analysis.

Provide technical consultation to prospective clients to understand their needs and recommend optimal solutions.

Prepare technical proposals, product presentations, and tailored demonstrations for clients.

Establish and maintain strong business relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to drive long-term growth.

Collaborate with internal teams—including technical and operational teams—to ensure seamless solution implementation.

Track sales progress, update the pipeline, and report key performance metrics regularly to management.

Attend client meetings, industry exhibitions, and networking events to expand market reach.

Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial offer and negotiation to closing deals.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar technical sales role (Mining Industry Segment)

Education: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science and Technology.

Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of technical products/services with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Client Database: Having numbers of Key Account Customers database especially for Mining Industry Segment across Indonesia.

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation abilities.

Analytical Skills: Solid analytical skills to understand client needs and design targeted solutions.
