Purchasing Staff

Qualifications:

• Min. Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in any field (relevant fields preferred).

• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and capable of multitasking.

• Fluency in English.

• Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

• Have 1 year of experience in purchasing, freshgraduate are welcome

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and familiar with data management and reporting.

• Basic understanding of inventory management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement processes according to company needs.

• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers (local and international).

• Ensure on-time delivery of goods as scheduled.

• Update and record purchase transactions in the system.

• Coordinate with related teams to maintain stock availability.
