-Minimum 5 years experience as QA / QC Manager in construction related -industry. 
-S1 degree in electronic / electrical or equivalent academic qualification.
-Advanced English.
-Own transportation.
-Based in Jakarta. 
-Attention to detail and comfortable with administrative works.
-Fast learner, strong leadership and excellent communication skill. 
RESPONSIBILITIES :
-Create SOP, flow charts, documents and work sheets for QA and QC. 
-Ensure SOP is well implemented by all personnel.
-Read product manual to be able to conduct proper inspection. 
-Conduct reguler on site inspection on each progress throughout the project implementation.
-Attend site meetings to understand project progress. 
-Prepare weekly and monthly QA progress reports.
-Identify, anticipate and provide solutions for potential problems in project.
-Expedite project handover.
-Investigate customer complaints and operational problems. 
-Create monthly training materials for lessons learned from various projects.
-Create, monitor and analyze quality metrics to track performance and identify trends.
-Review and revised SOP for continuous improvement.
-Manage QS personnel.
