QA Staff

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in Textile, Garment, Fashion, or a related field. • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in QA/QC within the apparel/garment industry. • Good understanding of the garment production process, including cutting, sewing, finishing, packing, and shipment. • Knowledge of garment quality standards and AQL inspection. • Ability to conduct quality audits, inline/final inspections, defect analysis, and root cause analysis. • Understanding of CAP/CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) preparation and monitoring. • Ability to follow up and monitor quality improvement actions based on identified findings. • Ability to read and understand specifications, measurements, workmanship standards, and buyer requirements. • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with targets. • Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with Production, QC, IE, Technical, P&P, and buyers. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Salary is negotiable for experienced candidates.
