QC End Line/Sewing

• Minimum education of SMA/SMK or equivalent. • Previous experience in a similar position is preferred. • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. • Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and target-oriented. • Able to follow work instructions, company procedures, and operational standards. • Good communication skills and a positive work attitude. • Physically fit and able to work according to operational requirements. • Willing to work in shifts and meet production or operational targets when required. • For heavy equipment marketing and operations, knowledge of heavy equipment products, basic operational processes, and customer service is an advantage. • For sewing operator positions, familiar with sewing machines and garment production processes. • For QC End Line/Sewing, able to inspect garment quality, identify defects, and ensure products meet quality standards. • Committed to maintaining workplace safety, cleanliness, and productivity.
