Responsibilities
Manage Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) documents, including policies, manuals, standards, and quality forms.
Assist in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) of academic and non-academic activities.
Collect, process, and analyze quality-related data from all departments or study programs.
Prepare reports on Internal Quality Audit (AMI) results.
Support study program and institutional accreditation processes (BAN-PT, LAM, etc.).
Assist in organizing socialization, training, and mentoring related to SPMI implementation.
Handle administrative and archiving duties related to quality assurance activities.
Manage the Quality Assurance Information System (if available).
Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of LPM.
Requirements
Background in Educational Management, Higher Education Administration, or related fields.
Preferably has training or experience in higher education quality assurance.
Good understanding of Internal and External Quality Assurance Systems (SPMI & SPME — BAN-PT/LAM).
Ability to prepare and manage quality documentation.
Proficient in data processing and report writing (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Skilled in operating a Quality Information System or similar database systems.
Familiar with Internal Quality Audit (IQA) procedures.
Preferably has 1–2 years of experience in academic administration, quality assurance, or accreditation in higher education institutions.
