Quantity Surveyor (Estimator Interior)

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Furniture Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience as an estimator in interior projects or the furniture industry. - Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp. - Good understanding of interior and furniture materials, modules, and specifications. - Strong understanding of furniture production workflows. - Able to interpret, calculate, and analyze interior and furniture working drawings. - Able to prepare accurate cost estimates or Bills of Quantity (BoQ) for furniture production. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Accurate Online is a plus. - Experienced in using Google Workspace. - Positive and proactive personality with strong communication skills. - Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow procedures.
