R&D Manager (Food)

QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, or a related field. - A minimum of 5-year experience in Frozen Food is preferred - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Strong knowledge of food ingredients, formulations, and processing technologies. - Familiarity with regulatory standards and quality control processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead and manage the R&D team to develop and refine new food products. - Analyze and enhance existing products to improve quality, taste, texture, and nutritional value. - Ensure all products comply with relevant food safety and regulatory standards (e.g., BPOM, HALAL, HACCP, GMP). - Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. - Conduct sensory evaluations, shelf-life studies, and ingredient assessments to ensure product quality and stability.
