Qualifications: 1. Male/Female age. 25-35th 2. Minimum Education S1 Majoring in Culinary Arts. 3. Minimum 2 years experience in the same position for f&b industry. 4. Excellent project management and organization skills. 5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams. 6. Master pastry making techniques very well, understanding in ingredients, food process, inventory, and flavour. 7. Have a passion and wide knowledge about Doughnut making. 8. Placement at Central Jakarta Responsibilities: 1. Lead the development of new menu items, ensuring they align with our brand and meet customer expectations. this include research, concept creation, recipe development, testing and finalization. 2. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings. 3. Maintain high standards of food quality and safety, ensure consistency across all locations. 4. Collaborate with the production team, marketing department and operations to ensure successful product launch. provide training and support to staff on new product and menu changes. 5. Work closely with purchase department to ensure that new products are cost effective and contribute to profitability.
