QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, or a related field. - A minimum of 2-year experience in Frozen Food is preferred - Strong knowledge of food ingredients, formulation, and processing. - Familiarity with industry regulations and quality control practices. - Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Supervise and mentor a team of R&D professionals, providing guidance and support. - Oversee the development and testing of new food products, from concept through to commercialization. - Ensure all products comply with relevant food safety and regulatory standards (e.g., BPOM, HALAL, НАССР, СМР). - Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. - Conduct product evaluations, including sensory and shelf-life studies, to ensure quality and performance.
