Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities : 1. Greet visitors and employees professionally. 2. Manage incoming/outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence. 3. Handle courier services, document management, and distribution. 4. Maintain reception area and meeting rooms. 5. Coordinate meeting room bookings. 6. Assist administrative tasks. 7. Manage daily catering deliveries.
Requirements :
1. 2+ years receptionist/customer service experience.
2. Excellent communication skills (English and Mandarin). Fluently Mandarin
3. Strong organizational/multitasking abilities.
4. Friendly, professional demeanor.
5. Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
6. Discreet handling of sensitive information.
7. Energetic, agile, and detail-oriented.
8. Strong interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to work independently and in teams.
10. Prefer experience as Front desk in a Five star hotel or Airline Stewardess
