Key Responsibilities: 

Handle mass hiring processes efficiently under an output-based scheme.

Source, screen, training, and select candidates. 

Collaborate with hiring managers to meet workforce demands. 

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline. 

Requirements: 

At least 6 months of recruitment experience, particularly in massive hiring. 

Proven track record in recruiting for manufacturing, logistics, or banking service industries. 

Strong organizational and communication skills. 

Familiarity with output-based recruitment models.
