Job Title: Recruitment Support - SPX Express Job Descriptions: Implement creative sourcing methods to optimize the process of sourcing, screening, and selecting top candidates through multiple job platforms. Conduct prescreening calls with candidates to assess their potential fitness for the role. Collaborate closely with recruiters to ensure the right talent is identified. Design and implement strategies to engage with both active and passive candidates, ensuring a strong and sufficient candidate pipeline. Manage and maintain the recruiting pipeline by evaluating resource status and needs, ensuring effective coordination. Maintain and update the recruitment trackers to ensure accurate internal reporting and tracking of recruitment progress. Requirements: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, open to all majors. At least 6 months of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition; fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply. Strong ability to analyze data, recognize patterns and trends, and draw meaningful conclusions. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to dynamic situations. Highly motivated, energetic, with a positive attitude and a quick learner. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
