Recruitment Support - SPX Express (Pontianak)

Job Descriptions:

• Implement creative sourcing methods to optimize the process of sourcing, screening, and selecting top candidates through multiple job platforms.

• Conduct prescreening calls with candidates to assess their potential fitness for the role.

• Collaborate closely with recruiters to ensure the right talent is identified.

• Design and implement strategies to engage with both active and passive candidates, ensuring a strong and sufficient candidate pipeline.

• Manage and maintain the recruiting pipeline by evaluating resource status and needs, ensuring effective coordination.

• Maintain and update the recruitment trackers to ensure accurate internal reporting and tracking of recruitment progress.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, open to all majors.

• At least 6 months of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition; fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply.

• Strong ability to analyze data, recognize patterns and trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to dynamic situations.

• Highly motivated, energetic, with a positive attitude and a quick learner.

• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
