Regent Experience Agent - Guest Relations Mandarin

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree relevant to the applied position • Previous experience in the same or related position, preferably in hospitality or luxury hotel industry • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Service-oriented with excellent guest handling abilities • Able to work independently as well as in a team • Professional appearance and positive attitude • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills for managerial positions • Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required • Proficient in Microsoft Office and related systems is a plus • Good command of English, both written and spoken • Additional language skills such as Mandarin will be an advantage for specific positions • Creative, detail-oriented, and highly motivated • Willing to be placed according to the hotel/property location
