Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or a related field.

Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and government regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Experienced in recruitment, employee training, and development.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (a plus).

Responsibilities:

Manage the recruitment process from candidate search to onboarding.

Develop and implement employee training programs.

Handle employee administration, including contracts and payroll.

Update and maintain company policies in line with regulations.

Create and drive employee engagement and wellness programs.

Fluent in English
