- Lead and manage the R&D team to develop and refine new food products. - Analyze and enhance existing products to improve quality, taste, texture, and nutritional value. - Ensure all products comply with relevant food safety and regulatory standards (e.g., BPOM, HALAL, HACCP, GMP). - Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. - Conduct sensory evaluations, shelf-life studies, and ingredient assessments to ensure product quality and stability. - Kerja di kantor - 1 - 3 tahun pengalaman - Minimal Sarjana (S1) - 30-45 tahun
