Reservation & E-Commerce Staff

• Minimum high school diploma/equivalent; relevant education or certification is a plus • Previous experience in a relevant position, preferably in hospitality, villa, hotel, or tourism industry • Good understanding of the responsibilities and operational standards of the applied position • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional attitude • Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and able to work under pressure • Good organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills • Able to work independently and as part of a team • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is a plus • Willing to work according to operational schedules, including weekends and public holidays
