Resort Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and recreational facilities.

• Guest Services: Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly and efficiently. Ensure personalized service and attention to guest needs.

• Staff Supervision: Lead, train, and motivate staff to provide exceptional service. Ensure adequate staffing levels and manage staff schedules.

• Financial Performance: Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.

• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure the resort maintains high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and overall presentation.

• Marketing and Sales: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract new guests and retain existing ones. Promote resort services and special packages.

• Compliance: Ensure the resort complies with all health, safety, and local regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.

• Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with local community and stakeholders. Participate in community events and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in resort or hotel management. Previous experience in a similar role in Bali is preferred.

• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.

• Language: Fluency in English is a must. Knowledge of Balinese and Indonesian is required.

• Attributes: Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work under pressure. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
