Job Title: Restaurant Marketing Specialist

Job Overview: We are looking for a passionate and innovative Restaurant Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will work closely with the management team to promote our menu offerings, events, and overall dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote the restaurant and its offerings. Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, email newsletters, and the restaurant’s website. Manage social media accounts, including creating posts, responding to customer inquiries, and engaging with followers. Organize and promote special events, promotions, and seasonal menu launches. Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences within the local dining scene. Collaborate with the culinary team to highlight new dishes and seasonal ingredients in marketing campaigns. Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on insights and feedback. Build partnerships with local businesses and organizations to drive community engagement. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Creative mindset with a passion for food and dining experiences. Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools .
