Revenue Manager

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, Finance, Engineering, Human Resources, or a relevant field depending on the position • Previous experience in a similar position within a luxury hotel, resort, or hospitality environment is preferred • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills • Able to work independently and effectively as part of a team • Professional, well-groomed, detail-oriented, and responsible • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic hospitality environment • Good command of English, both written and spoken • Proficient in relevant Microsoft Office applications • Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required • For technical positions, strong knowledge of maintenance, engineering systems, and safety procedures is preferred • For finance and purchasing positions, strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation is required • For Human Resources & Legal Assistant, good knowledge of administration, HR processes, and legal documentation is preferred • Willing to follow company SOPs and hospitality standards • Willing to be placed in Ubud, Bali
