Sales

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships also able to communicate in English

• Strong business acumen, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities and leverage industry trends to drive sales growth

• Experience in the tech industry, particularly software development or IT services, is highly desirable

• An analytical mindset with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform sales strategy and decision-making

• A self-motivated and results-driven approach, with a willingness to take initiative and work independently

• Good presentation technique : able to present product & ideas with confidence and poise

• Proficient in the use of Sales Tools and Microsoft Office

• Bachelor's degree from reputable university

• Able to work well with any team

• Fast learner, highly motivated, and able to work independently

• Problem solver, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy

• Works well with documents and capable of creating an attractive and informative proposal

• Willing to travel between Jakarta-Bandung in some occasions
