Sales Acquisition - Surabaya

Requirements: - Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) in any field. - 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition. - Previous experience in the e-commerce, FMCG, F&B, or retail industry is a plus.. - Strong negotiation, communication and persuasion skills. - Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential merchants that can drive sales on the online platform. - Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Sheets, and report analysis. - Reside in Surabaya and willing to relocate to other cities within East Java. - Possess a motorcycle and a valid SIM C for merchant visits. Job Description - Merchant acquisition - Engage and assist in the end-to-end onboarding process of merchants, ensuring they successfully onboard - Provide support to merchants during the onboarding process until they become active and introduce products such as Promotions and Advertisements. - Build and maintain relationships with potential merchants - Monitor daily target achievements and provide constructive feedback to the Leader for workflow improvements.
