Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsible for :

  • Input sales data into the system until it becomes a Sales Order

  • To check and verify all purchase orders for customers according to price reference and selling conditions

  • To issue Customer Order Forms (COF) to initiate deliveries of goods to customers

  • To follow and control sales policy (pricing, customer segmentation, credit & payment terms, safety & disciplinary procedures)

  • To advise Sales Manager immediately upon failures

  • To liaise internally with the A/R / Collector department to ensure delivery schedules align with customer payment conditions at that time

  • To maintain customer databases, ensure collection from sales reps and computation of all relevant information

  • To liaise internally with the internal team regarding sales data regarding Forecast and Order Confirmed to be delivered weekly

  • Print invoices and tax invoices

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree from Manajemen or equivalent

  • Experience in sales administration with product understanding minimum 2 years experience

  • Computer literate (sales admin software)

  • Good interpersonal and written communication skills

  • Analytical skills and sense of accuracy
