Sales & Communication Skills:

• Effective Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with customers, both verbally and in writing. This includes cold-calling, responding to emails, and engaging customers in person.

• Customer Relationship Management: Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and assisting in the acquisition of new customers.

• Negotiation Skills: Helping sales teams close deals by providing timely responses to customer inquiries, offering product information, and facilitating negotiations.

• Product Knowledge: A good understanding of the products or services being sold to effectively assist customers and support the sales team.

• Scheduling & Appointment Setting: Assisting the sales team with scheduling meetings, follow-up calls, and other sales-related activities.

• Record Keeping: Keeping accurate records of client communications, transactions, and sales activities.

• Problem Resolution: Assisting in addressing customer complaints or issues by coordinating with other teams or finding quick solutions
