Job Desc

• Find potential location; negotiation and prepare the Feasibility Studies for approval.

• Renew lease; negotiation and prepare the for approval

• Renegotiation in lieu with low performance / mall's traffic.

• Solve operational issues related to Landlord's facility and unusual increment of utility or Service Charge rate.

• Support operation team; liase with Landlord regarding media promo and casual leasing.

• Coordinate with project, legal and payment team accordingly.

• Create Proposal Collaborations & Partnership with Malls & Hotel

• Manage administration process for Partnership Malls & Hotel

• Maintain Good relations with Malls & Hotel PIC

Requirements

• Bachelor degree (S1)

• Have many connections & relations to brand owner

• Domiciled in Bandung

• Have worked on large project

• Advance in Negotiation Skill and Presentation skill
