- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Minimun of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in digital products or technology sector - Strong sales and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using CRM sofrware and MS Office suite - Familiarity with digital products - Self-motivated and goal-oriented - Strong problem solving abilities- Adabtable and willing to learn - Professional and customer-focused attitude Sales and Business Development: - Identify and target potential customers for Digital products such as digital signature, digital stamp, e-meterai etc. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. - Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends. Customer Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. - Follow up on leads and opportunities to close sales. Product Knowledge and Presentation: - Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Client's digital products and services. - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations. - Educate customers on the benefits and features of our digital offerings. Sales Administration: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management. - collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
