Sales Consultant Property

Qualifications:

• Minimum D3 graduate from any major

• Minimum 2 years experience in property sales field

• Understand and able to apply sales strategies regarding property units

• Have good analytical skills and positive service spirit

• Have an strong communication skills

• Have an excellent understanding of the property market

• Independent, target-oriented, creative, adaptive, and has high initiative

Descriptions:

• Work closely with sales team to ensure alignment with company objective and sales strategy

• Develop comprehensive sales strategies and work plans for fellow sales teams (including target allocation)

• Responsible for program implementation and achieving sales targets

• Monitor sales team performance and provide feedback to boost sales revenue

• Generate reguler repots on sales activites, progress, and results
