QUALIFICATION • Experience in sales and KOL Agency. • Male or Female. • Strong organisational and time-management skills. • A passion for sales and influencer. • Strong understanding of the entertainment and influencer/talent industry. • Must be comfortable consulting clients. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Strong negotiation and closing skills. • Ability to build and maintain client relationships • have a brand database JOB DESCRIPTION • Introduce and promote the company's talent management. • Work closely with marketing and creative teams to achieve KPI. • Identify and qualify sales opportunities to generate leads. • Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with potential clients. • Persuade potential clients to purchase products/services. • Standby when our talents doing production content (photoshoot or video shoot) BENEFIT: Commissions per project deal
