Sales Lapangan

The Core Objectives:

1. Visit partner merchants (Stores) in 7 cities (Jabodetabek, Bandung, Surabaya, Denpasar, Palembang, Medan and Makassar.

2. Maintain the visibility of campaign promos in each store visited so that they are installed properly, and maintain operations (escalate to related teams if there are problems that occur with EDC) so that they can function properly again.

3. Asset rescue (EDC) by making withdrawals according to the bucket list, so as to save / reduce withdrawal costs previously made by the vendor.

Essential Experience / Criteria:

1. Minimum high school graduate and have a motorcycle.

2. Able to work in the field and able to interact (communicate) well to the PIC Store or staff in front of the store (Relate with attitude).

3. Not involved with crime and drugs.

Desirable Experience / Criteria:

1. Have worked as a Merchandiser or worked in the field according to the coverage area.

2. Able to work with a team, follow directions from superiors and maintain a good attitude.

3. Able to make visits in accordance with their respective target areas, and can work on weekends when urgently needed.
