Job Description:
As a Sales Leader, your responsibilities include but not limited to:
– Managing and leading the Sales Team to set and achieve sales targets
– Meeting and exceeding sales targets, tracking & producing sales activity reports
– Managing and find room for improvement in the end-to-end process of all lead management process
– Managing programs and initiatives to increase client acquisition and existing client engagement
– Providing product and feature training as well as feedback loops to clients
– Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of sales strategies
– Managing all key account relationships, requests, business opportunities

Requirements:
– 3 years of full-time working experience in sales (experience in a freight forwarding business)
– Bachelor’s degree in any major.
– Able to operate Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
