Jobdesk:

The role will ensures exceptional client experiences by building and nurturing strong relationships. This role requires understanding client needs, recommending tailored beauty solutions, and acting as the link between clients and the clinic’s services. The position aims to enhance client satisfaction, improve retention, and support the clinic’s growth objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service, sales, or relationship management, preferably in wellness, banking, or hospitality sectors.

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales & client satisfaction targets.

  • Experience in a banking or financial services role is a strong advantage, particularly in managing client accounts or high-value customers.

  • Can join ASAP

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients.

  • Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.

  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address issues promptly

Customer Service Excellence

  • Provide personalized consultations to identify clients’ beauty and wellness goals.

  • Recommend suitable treatments and products to meet individual client needs.

  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and service quality in all interactions.

Sales and Business Growth

  • Upsell and cross-sell beauty treatments and products to enhance client value.

  • Promote loyalty programs, special offers, and service packages

  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales, retention, and revenue targets.

Operational Coordination:

  • Coordinate with beauty and medical professionals to align on client treatment plans.

  • Manage appointments to optimize scheduling & client convenience.

  • Keep detailed & accurate client records in the clinic’s database.

Industry Awareness and Improvement:

  • Stay informed about trends in the beauty & wellness industry.

  • ⁠Provide feedback & suggestions to management for service enhancements.
