Sales & Marketing Associate - Fintech & Payments (Jakarta Pusat)

- Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university from any major discipline, preferably Management, Communication, Business, or Engineering - At least 1 year of experience in sales/business/product marketing in financial services/technology/FMCG industry - Ability to work as a part of a team, and build relationships with cross-functional team groups & division across all levels - Ability to read, interpret, and verify data from multiple formats and sources - Fast learner, strong problem solving, business acumen, proactive & positive attitude - Outspoken, good communication skill and data presentation both verbally and in writing - Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English - Flexible and willing to explore new initiatives and open new discussions - Creative mindset to submit creative briefs and provide feedbacks to visual assets/copywriting produced by our in-house creative team - Well versed in Google Slides/Google Sheets/Excel producing slide reports and simple analytics
