Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience managing e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok, Tokopedia).

• Strong data-driven decision-making skills.

• Ability to gather insights and provide actionable recommendations for sales, marketing, and merchandising.

• Knowledge of the retail industry is an advantage.

• Willing to work on-site in Jatake, Tangerang.

• Leadership skills to develop and guide the team effectively.

• Strong communication skills to coordinate with clients and other department leads.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all end-to-end e-commerce sales and marketing processes.

• Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to ensure smooth workflows.

• Maximize online sales across brand platforms and marketplaces.

• Coordinate with the online merchandising team to oversee product selection and stock availability.

• Monitor and manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) of the e-commerce category.

• Plan and execute sales promotions to boost performance.

• Optimize marketplace advertising campaigns to achieve high conversion rates and maximize sales.

• Enhance marketplace store visibility and conversion through data-driven strategies.

• Proficiently use marketplace dashboards like Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Seller Center for performance analysis and advertising optimization.
