Responsibilities: • Oversee the sales department's budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet sales objectives. • Lead and supervise the operational sales activities in both physical stores and e-commerce platforms. • Execute sales strategies and promotions, analyze market trends, and analyze sales performance to provide improvement recommendations. • Manage and train the sales team to ensure they achieve their targets and enhance their skills in effectively selling products. • Ensure high customer service standards, manage the customer service team, and handle customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, resellers & partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention • Collect sales data and create regular reports for management, while analyzing customer trends and behaviors to formulate better strategies. • Coordinate with other departments (marketing, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes. • Plan and organize sales events such as bazaars, promotions, or exhibitions to boost sales and expand market reach. Collaborate with marketing and vendors to ensure smooth event execution. • Work closely with the operations team to ensure product availability in stores and on e-commerce platforms. Qualifications: • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, or a related field. • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, particularly in managing sales and customer service teams in the retail or e-commerce industry. • Experience in managing both online (e-commerce) and offline (physical store) sales channels. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team. • Proficient in sales data analysis and report creation. • Excellent multitasking abilities and able to work under pressure. • Creative and strong problem-solving skills. • Passion for the fashion industry, particularly women's footwear, is a plus.
