Store Visits 

New Store Acquisition 

Store Reactivation 

Store Maintenance 

Communication Management: Managing WhatsApp groups 

Training and Development: Conducting online training sessions 

Requirements: 

S1 is required. 

Experience in Sales or Marketing, especially within the consumer goods industry. 

Strong leadership skills (leading and motivating teams). 

Have a smartphone and be proficient in using digital applications relevant to fieldwork and reporting. 

Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and communicate effectively. 

Highly motivated and enthusiastic about fieldwork, routine daily visits and manage online community engagement. 

Own a private vehicle and have in-depth knowledge of the local city area for efficient visit activities.
