Sales Project

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from targeted databases or lead lists provided by  the business development team.

2. Engage with prospective customers in a professional and persuasive manner to introduce our products/services, highlight key features and benefits, and look to secure appropriate next steps (rate proposals, initial appointments, follow ups and closures.)

3. Identify and qualify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs, preferences, and buying behaviors, and matching them with appropriate product/service offerings.

4. Effectively communicate product/service pricing, promotions, to encourage purchase decisions and maximize sales revenue.

5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions on log-book.

6. Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.

Objectives:

1. Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual appointment & sales targets by effectively prospecting, qualifying leads, and creating appointments/closing deals over the phone.

2. Enhance Customer Satisfaction: Focus on providing exceptional customer service and building positive relationships with customers by addressing their needs, addressing concerns promptly, and following up on sales inquiries or feedback. 

3. Professional Development: Invest in ongoing training and skill development to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and communication skills.
