Requirements:

- A Bachelor's degree (S1) is required.

- Preferably has experience in Sales or Marketin

. - Must have a smartphone and be proficient in using digital applications

- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and communicate effectively.

- Highly motivated and enthusiastic about fieldwork

- Must own a private vehicle

- Ability to prepare and deliver detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.

Job Description

- Store Visits

- Effective Call : Ensuring that the effectiveness targets are met

- New Store Acquisition

- Store Maintenance

- Engage the potential agent and help to update the agent new address

- Educate agents

- Encourage agent to upgrade tier (share the benefit of upgrade tier)

- Help to escalate the agent problem (If any)

- Report the result after visiting store to share g-form not the end of the day

- Share the findings after the offline visit in the next day during morning briefing with sales manager
